On April 16, Miao Xuezhong, Chairman of NEW GONOW Group, led a study delegation to visit JACK Technology Co., Ltd., a global leader in the sewing equipment industry, for a half-day deep-dive study and exchange. Themed "Benchmarking and Strategic Consensus," the event aimed to draw insights and build alignment for the group’s global expansion through on-site visits and high-level dialogue with the benchmark enterprise.

In his opening remarks, Miao Xuezhong stated, "JACK and NEW GONOW operate in different sectors, yet we share common roots—both are based in Zhejiang, both have taken an unconventional path to globalization, and both are deeply committed to our respective niches. During the tour, the delegation focused on understanding JACK’s corporate culture and values, M&A strategy, and onsite management systems. JACK’s craftsmanship spirit of "perfecting one thing to the extreme," its M&A logic of leveraging capital to expand globally, and the refined management philosophy behind its smart manufacturing left a deep impression on the delegation. Participants took notes, observed, and discussed, identifying many points of alignment between JACK’s development path and NEW GONOW’s globalization strategy.

Following the tour, the two teams held a thematic discussion. Ruan Fude, Chairman of JACK Technology, and Miao Xuezhong, Chairman of NEW GONOW Group, delivered opening speeches, formally commencing the in-depth dialogue.

Qiu Yangyou, Vice President of JACK Technology, delivered a keynote presentation titled "JACK’s Path to Global Growth." Starting from Taizhou, he reviewed JACK’s journey over more than two decades in upgrading "Made in China" into a global name card for "Intelligent Manufacturing in China," systematically sharing the company’s practical experience in strategic persistence, overseas M&A, and global layout.
