In the afternoon of January 3, the Group's 2023 annual business plan conference was successfully held at the headquarters in Shanghai. Group leaders and members of the management team of each business unit participated through online and offline methods. The conference focused on the strategic development direction of the new year and combined with the company's business objectives for in-depth analysis and judgment, sharpening all members to focus on the current situation, refine their abilities and set off for the new.
At the beginning of the meeting, Jin Lanchun, CFO of the Group, explained the financial indicators of the 2023 business plan; Chen Lei, Vice President of the Group, explained the non-financial indicators of the 2023 business plan. After that, each business unit leader made a statement for the new year according to the actual situation of their respective sections
There is faith only when there is a goal, and there is motivation only when there is responsibility. Each person in charge will insist on going forward with the determination to win and make every effort to complete the 2023 annual operation target.
At the end of the meeting, Mr. Miao Xuezhong, Chairman of the Group, made a concluding speech. He said that the Group attaches great importance to the business plan in 2023, and all cadres and employees should always establish a sense of urgency and crisis awareness. 2023 will continue to optimize and adjust the strategic layout according to the development needs of the Group.
As the largest base of the Group, Tongxiang base will start the pilot work first. The functional departments of each base should be implemented to the business units to achieve controllable costs, improve efficiency and form a closed loop; personnel and finance departments should change their concepts and strive to develop into a "three-pillar" model; in addition to financial indicators, we should also focus on the assessment of soft indicators such as talents and services.
Mr. Miao expressed his affirmation and encouragement for the stance of each business division in 2023 and analyzed the current situation. He pointed out that the current macro policy is clearer, and the liberalization of the epidemic will drive the economic recovery; the real economy and private economy will usher in development opportunities, and we have reasons to have greater expectations for opening a new bureau and nurturing new opportunities next year. From the perspective of our own environment, the new base has successfully completed the team formation, channel development and the construction of government-enterprise relations after 2022's friction, and all things are ready, waiting for the flower to bloom.
At the meeting, Mr. Miao proposed three key tasks to be done in 2023.
Firstly, to do a good job in the product, to further increase the research and development efforts, to enrich the product structure to do a good job in promotion planning, to enhance the response speed.
Second is to do a good job in the market, online and offline dual-track parallel, and at the same time to force.
The third is to improve efficiency, to take the per capita output rate as the key measurement index, and constantly optimize and adjust the organization, to work around the needs of customers, to be targeted.
At the same time, three concepts should be established to ensure the smooth progress of the plan: first, to establish the concept of the opening is a duel, the start is a sprint.
Establish a sense of urgency and responsibility. Second, to establish a "long-term success" of faith, to ensure that the plan is put into practice, so that there are plans, implementation, feedback. Thirdly, establish the concept of taking real actions, grasp the implementation, grasp the assessment, and carry out the spirit of the meeting into action.
Finally, Mr. Miao called on all cadres and staff to think in one place and work hard to write a new chapter of the New Gonow Group in 2023.
